A Simple Dream

This was written when I am in Saudi Arabia (08 September 2005) and sent to my girlfriend then who became my wife 6 months after..:)
I just want to share to you my dream if I become a father.
This is only a dream but I want to live and keep my aspiration as if it is real, who knows, it will happen. As some people say: "There is no price for a dream!"
I am dreaming of a happy family wherein my wife and children are close to me because they are my strength and happiness, a decent and stable job to provide them with their basic necessities, a bountiful food in the table and a high class education I was deprived of because of poverty!
I always look forward of going to home from work with a sweet embrace from my lovely wife and children. My wife saying “Mahal, I cook your favorite food”. And my children rushing with the slippers in their hand saying “Daddy, I will remove your shoes and massage them”.
I want us to have a chat with the whole day activities as we sat together in a living room, sharing our experiences, though it is bad or good. Sharing our planned activities for the next morning... Praying together… Helping my children on their home works and telling bedtime stories until they fall asleep.
At bed, I want to share my intimate moments with my wife as I am cuddling her! Massaging her exhausted body due to the daily activities, kissing her until she fall asleep!
I want to spend the weekends with my wife touring our children to beautiful, memorable, and landmark places, and attending mass together.
I know that this is only a dream but I will stick to this dream as my motivation to become a good father.

This is nice, Jun. With how you've become now, you are, little by little, living your dream -- you are with your wife, you have a beautiful son, and you have a stable career.
